Most single-room setups are completed within a few days of the furniture arriving on site. Full-house setups typically take one to two weeks, depending on room count and delivery timelines.

Owners typically source the majority of the furniture themselves, based on their own needs and preferences. We handle everything after that: coordinating the delivery schedule so essential items arrive and get set up first, receiving every delivery, assembling and staging each room, and hauling away all packaging so the space is photo-ready. If something small is missing or forgotten, we can help source local essentials on a case-by-case basis, but full furniture sourcing isn't part of the standard service.

Pricing depends on room size, whether the room has a private or shared bathroom, and the level of furnishing detail you want, from basic essentials to fully decorated, photo-ready spaces.
